TPTP (Technology, Pedagogy, and Teachers Professionalism) is an integrated, multi-dimensional, interactive framework for professional development, school improvement, and teacher effectiveness. It emphasizes a holistic approach to the promotion of teachers’ professionalism, and recognizes the critical role of both technology and pedagogical knowledge in transforming teaching practice. The framework consists of four main components: Focused Instructional Planning, Technology Integration, Professional Collaboration, and Assessment and Measurement. It seeks to engage teachers in meaningful activities that enhance their professional knowledge and competence, ensure equitable access to technology, and provide an environment that is both supportive and challenging. Ultimately, TPTP is intended to increase teacher effectiveness, student achievement, and school improvement.
